Do you have an extra hour?

In one hour you can read what your dues pay for:

  1. The local Voter - published monthly & on-line at LWVWNC
  2. The California Voter - published periodically on-line at California League
  3. The National Voter - published three times a year and on-line at the National League.

Do you have an extra hour or two here & there?

Look at all the things you can do with that time:

  1. Register voters
  2. Attend a League meeting - become more informed on issues
  3. Invite someone you know to come to a League event
  4. Become our "eyes & ears" at local government meetings
  5. Help with League's Pros & Cons presentations during election years
  6. Advocate our positions on ballot measures
  7. Be a "mover & shaker" - join our board of directors (no experience necesssary)
  8. Get to meet new League friends - join our Communications Committee
  9. Help the "coffee & cake" crew on general meeting days
  10. Give us your ideas, suggestions, & recommendations so that we can make our League serve you better
